I bought a Flymo lawnmower, then on opening the box decided it was too small for my garden, so returned to the store for a refund. They examined it and told me it had been used and there was no refund. I told them It wasn't me had used it. May as well have talked to the wall. The assistant had this smug look on her face as if she was accusing me of lying. So, off to email customer services. Huh. Fat chance. Now they have my money and sold me a second hand mower that's of no use to me whatsoever. Will never but from them again. Amazon is cheaper. read full review »
