This evening I went with a friend to pump gas at the Kalispell Smith's gas station. Having not been there before, I went to the window and asked for instructions. I was met with a very condescending, disrespectful woman who, though her instructions were more or less clear (use the discount card at the pump, etc), throughout this conversation and the instructions via the speaker, she was very rude and condescending.
