To Whom It May Concern, I was given a Polo Handbag (description black and brown bag, bag nr 074850001) as a birthday gift on the 02 March 2011. (Bag was bought on the 01 Mar 2011) About 2 weeks ago I saw that the sticthing under the zip is starting to frazzle and now (1 week later) the stitching has come undone. As we pay alot of money for Polo products, I have been told that the handbag will be sent to the suppliers and I have to wait 3 weeks for the bag. Why can the bag not be replaced??
