purchased a pair of tux shoes from the After Hours store in the Moorestown Mall in NJ. I looked at one of the shoes in the bag they are stored in and naturally assumed the second shoe was alike. However when I arrived home and inspected both shoes I observed the second shoe was not only a different style but a different size and a left shoe the same as the other. I proceeded back to the store the next day and was told there are no refunds on retail purchases.
