I went to KFC a couple of days ago and man!, how poor their cust service nowadays. the line to the counter was really long and the cash register guy was too slow, didn't think of him for a newbie coz he was like experienced already but he keeps messin up for some reason. then when I got my order, the soda I got tasted like water so I asked one of their people to have it replaced, but what he did was, he instructed me to go to the counter myself and ask for it... WTH right? seriously, I ain't gonna go back there, it's a good thing my sister was the shy type and begged me not to make a scene. I was really pissed... read full review »
