Three of us gals..went to lunch yesterday at the Red Lobster in Lansing, MI..How dissappointed we all were in the service..We arrived about 11:30..our waitress Alexandra T.took awhile to get there..then seem to dissappear..she brought our water..we ask for some bisquits..she brought the water ..forgot the bisquits..finally brought the bisquits..left...didn't show up again..then finally came to take our orders..then was quite awhile before we got our food..all in all it was a very dissappointing day..service wise...the food was good..but the service was poor. read full review »
