I subscribed to Runner´s World magazine in November, 2010. So far, I have only received the first issue in January, and have not received the two following issues. I have tried to get in touch with them, and they keep on saying they cannot find my account, or they can only help me with my account number. The thing is that I do not have such a number, since it comes on a piece of paper inside the plastic bag with the magazine, since it´s an international subscription. Who keeps that??
