I recently had contact with OTA USA & was informed that OTA London (a franchise owned by Redahead Limited) had been sold to the USA group. Well, all I can say is what a breath of fresh air! The new management team, led by Gene Longobardi, Chief Operating Officer actually LISTENED to my issues & were keen to resolve them, without the need for legal intercourse with the British Judicial system!
