Hi, This is to caution you all who wish to use this website to send gifts to your dear ones. I have ordered for gift to be delivered in the List A city (according to their website) in Kerala few days back. I got a confirmation mail for my order and later on a separate mail which asked me to pay Rs.330 extra as delivery charges as the address of delivery was far off from there office.
