The owners of this SPECIFIC tanning salon on Rt 611 in Stroudsburg are extremely customer-unfriendly, saying one thing with a big smile, and then denying that they ever said it. "Joey" is the worst -- he arrogantly demands that customers obey his random pronouncements of what is legally permissible for tanning salons, demanding that customers purchase THEIR tanning lotions or they won't be permitted to tan for more than 5 min at a time.
