On Feb 11 2011 four of us were to fly from HNL to Kona. When we arrived at 10 am for a 11:30 am flight we were informed it had been canceled due to mechanical problems. Even though they had corresponed with us on email for reservations they claimed they did not have contact information. They made us wait on standby until 8:30 pm before they got us a hotel. During our wait we observed that almost every flight that day was delayed or canceled. When we came back the next day our flight was again delayed one hour.
