Was a member for about 20 months. First year was good. Therapists knew what they were doing, I was able to get the same therapist virtually every visit and all were kind and easy to get along with. Not sure what changed, but starting in about September 2010 most everything with the joint went downhill. Never could get the same therapist, appointments got harder to book, and reception staff became quite rude.
