I have been an Airtel Customer since 2006. But now the kind of service provided to me was extremely fraudulent and fake. My first concern is no body in Airtel knows to talk even a single sentence in English Properly. Secondly, they do not take complete concerns of the customer and I am the best example for it. Airtel takes only complaints which they think they can resolve and concerns which they cannot resolve are not getting registered at all anywhere in any of the request number provided to Customers.
