We have had Charter cable and internet for three years now, ask me why I don't know. Maybe because the two apartments that we have resided in have signed deals with charter to make them the sole provider of service. Well, every other day, and I mean every other day, either the cable or the internet doesn't work. After relentless yet pointless 5 minute conversations with Charter's automated service center you would be able to sit on hold for another 5 min to speak to an agent who couldn't care if you were on fire.
