I believe Lowes' stores are withholding rebates to save costs. I purchased Owens-Corning insulation at Lowes, Bradley, Illinois store and still have not received my $150 qualifying rebate check. The rebate advertisement was posted across the insulation section, two salesmen helped me and pointed it out. One of them gave me the rebate forms along with my receipt, The insulation was delivered.
