I'm a Vodafone prepay customer and I registered for Vodafone 360 last summer which has a 100mb download limit. A few days ago after topping up by €20, I downloaded 67mb and I suddenly had no credit left. They had overcharged me. I rang up and (after 15 minutes wait) they had the nerve to tell me that I had never been registered with Vodafone 360 and that they had been charging me 99 cent for the past few months.
