I too fell victim to the Grant Funding Search. I was told I would be charged $2 for the shipping of a CD. When the charge appeared on my account for $74.85, I called the number provided. Kathleen, ext 1121, gave me the same insane speech that I had not read the 'Terms and Conditions' and that my account would be charged this amount monthly.
