I purchased a pair of eyeglasses and contact lenses at Lenscrafters. When I opened the boxes of contact lenses that I purchased there I found the wrong prescription. When I arrived at the store I was informed by their personnel that a) they are not responsible for the lenses, rather I need to call Acuvue directly and b) they don't service eyeglasses or contact lenses purchased at other Lenscrafters corporate locations. My family has spend over $1, 500 and Lenscrafters a year for the past 5+ years, we will not return and neither should you. read full review »
