I contacted a representative Gent Gragjevi in Nov 2010 to set up a POS terminal for my new business. According to our phone conversation, I agreed to pay $100 for shipping the terminal to me (which is not indicated in the contract), and he promised I can cancel the account without penalty ANYTIME.
