On 3/16/11 I purchased a Cricket phone & paid $43.54 to have it activated for 1 month. On that same day I requested my number be ported from another provider. It took until 3/29/11 & hundreds of phone calls to get my number ported. When it was ported, it was ported to a complete stranger & her phone was disconnected.
