Beware www.e-go.com.au, otherwise known as CLC Deliveries. They might seem like a nice cheap alternative courier company, but they will take your money and keep trying to take more without fulfilling the original contract. If you have a complaint, there is no communication option other then through their website. They will NEVER phone you, or provide a contact number for you to call.
