I order 2 tote bags, 1 purse, a wristlet bag and a wallet. When I received my order I only received one item that was correct. I emailed the company and they responded quickly stating to send them a picture of the items to prove my case. Of course I responded with the picture to prove my case right away. The company did not offer to corret there mistakes and get me my merchandice. They offered me 30.00 of the 321.97 back and keep the wrong merchandise.
