While I worked as a supervisor at the Hendersonville Career Connections, I was told repeatedly to double enter and sometimes triple or quadruple enter the number of people "served" through the center. They inflate their numbers by counting them if they register at one center and then go to another center, they count them up to four times if they register through the re-entry program and then, after a one-time consultation, move over Career Connections and are counted again thereby artificially inflating their numbers.
