I contracted Aspect Maintenance to do some building and electrical work. They completely botched the job and caused damage to my property. I had an independent contractor review the work and he found that Aspect had left my property in a dangerous state and the work that had been done did not comply with building regulations. I therefore refused to pay for the botched work. In response, Aspect sent me numerous debt collecting letters and threats to take me to court. We finally went to court a couple of weeks ago.
