Basically exploretrip.com people are crooks and liars. I had to cancel my ticket due to illness of my girlfriend. We had ticket insurance, but getting it requires a letter from the ticket seller that we didn't get anything back. Explore trip first said we need to pay additional $600 and wait for the month and they will return the money. Then they didn't return anything and promised in e-mail to send the letter. Then after 15 more phone calls they said they will not send the letter which means i don't get anything form insurance... read full review »
