My complaint is like everyone else's. We ordered a package deal to get the channels we wanted. When they hooked it up - those channels weren't accessible. When we called, they said if we would buy a more expensive package we would get the channels we wanted. When we cancelled our service, it was within the 24 hours they said we had to be fully refunded, then they still charged us. We were told free installation, then they charged us $75.
