M&T Bank is the amateurish bank out there. You can't pay their bills online without setting up a checking account at their crappy bank. I sent a payment for our car on 2/9. They didn't cash it until 2/26 & charged me with a $10 late fee. With the problem being with the post office or M&T themselves, I still couldn't get them to drop the fee after to talking with 2 customer "service specialists". Unreal!
