The assistant store manager, Gerald, is consistently rude and often refuses to serve me when I go into the store. He often refuses lottery sales and tells me that's what the machine in the store is for to other customers, not just me. The only instances I have seen him act friendly is when his boss is in the store. He often parks his vehicle taking up handicapped spaces.
