I ordered my product 3/13/11 they took $ out of account withing 24hrs but it is now 3/30/11 and I just got a brief email (the only way to contact them) that my order was shipped this morning! I think it is bad service to: A. say they will respond to inquires within 24hrs but then take 5days! B. debit my order asap but wait 15+ days to get order together. C.
