Apria Healthcare has consistently billed our insurances for medical enteral food for our disabled daughter and consistently fails to deliver food each month. This month they witheld her only medical nutrition for almost four days. Despite the fact that they received multiple phone calls in advance, acknowledged their "interpretation" of her script was in error and promised to overnight her supply, they failed for four days to supply the food they admitted had run out.
