I paid 169 $ for a cell phone plus 3 months calls with mobilicity. When i got back to UBC there was no reception and the phone was useless. When I returned to Davie St. they refused to give my back my money, and said I had to go out to Mobilicity in Surrey. I phoned them in Surrey, and the guy who answered said they were about to boost the signal and it would be in place in 1 to 2 weeks. I waited but still no reception.
