I have no idea what the people at Cell C do, because they definitely don’t answer their phones (You get stuck on the voice prompts and then very professionally get cut off!), neither does anybody respond to the so called "customer service" e-mail addresses. However here I am posting yet another e-mailin the hope that someone will respond! 1.
