I received my Cell phone from Cell C on the 04th of February 2011. I called in to have the sim card activated. A week passed, nothing, I called in the next week and got shouted at. the agent dropped the call in my face, I then called back again, spoke to a Gwen. She told me the same thing all the other agents did; "take out the sim card and wait 24 hours before switching on your cell phone". Meanwhile I rather used my vodacom sim in my phone.
