I visited Big Bazaar, Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur (UP) some days back. We bought deodorants which was on 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer, but the 2 deo bottles were not wrapped together in a single package. The sales person at the billing desk on being told by us that it is in offer shouted at us as if we were robbing him of extra deodorants. After asking about the offer from other sales person he agreed of the fact, but his tone was still very harsh and full of attitude.
