Had my Cricket Broadband account suspended without notifying me. Recieved an e-mail notifiying me that my Visa card was soon expiring and i needed to update it with new card. I calle Cricket Tech. support and the agent told me he could not update my expiration date due to the fact that i had to have automatic payment withdrawal setup. I told him i DID..!
