Ordered anatomy coloring book for my homeschooled student in 2009. The company has been charging my credit card for $19.95 every month since then without authorization. Customer rep said that as a part of the shipping terms of the book, there was an agreement join in Best Brand Values membership. I never saw such an agreement. I never received an acknowlegement of such an agreement. I never received any emails or regular mails showing me my supposide membership or any of its benefits. Just monthly received a charge.
