This company canceled my order because the part was not in stock - BUT NO ONE CONTACTED ME to let em know that - not a phone call, not even an email. I waited two weeks and when I still hadn't received anything I finally called and that's when they told me. The whole time, I am waiting for a part and my laptop isn't operable. Avoid this company! I wish I had seen all these negative posts before I ordered from them...I may have been able to save myself two weeks of anguish :( read full review »
