On Jan1, 2011 I attempted to download your antivirus software. My credit information was taken. No download was allowed. I am not using this software. I have been charged $79.90 by my bank (Capital One credit card). I tried to call to work this out with Lucky - Software COMBAKU but was never given the option of talking to a real live person.
