I originally contacted Santander Consumer USA on 2/22/11, customer service line at 888-222-4227 spoke with many representatives many of which have the same poor attitude and place you on hold for 45 minutes or more. My reason to contact them was to notify that I was gonna payoff the vehicle being financed in full on 3/2/11 the representative advised she would notate the account.
