Our mortgage was sold to Saxon in March 2010. They are the 4th company to have our mortgage. Since they have aquired our loan, we have had nothing but terrible customer service. Up until 4 months ago, they would call me 4 or 5 times a day and harrass me for our mortgage payment when they didn't receive it on the 1st. They even state on thier payment stubs the payment isn't considered laste until after the 16th.
