CARRY-ON BAGGAGE POLICIES DONT WORK - THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN, BADLY. I have been 5 US Air flights in 6 days. I am carrying a small carry-on luggage and a knapsack with a laptop. On every flight there were people that had 2 giant carry-ons, clearly bigger than the standard that is not enforced. These people are avoiding the baggage fees. On every flight, half-way through zone 3, they announced that all carry-on rollaways would be have to be checked at the gate of the airplane because the overhead bins were already full.
