This is more of an informational story for anyone who has had a problem getting ahold of this company to cancel their membership. When the withdrawal showed up on my account there was a phone #888-596-9279 or a web address-CC Bill.com. This is the company that does the billing for this product-they were unable to refund any money, however, he stopped any future shipments and charges.
