Was extremely rude, told me it was all my fault and he wasn't going to help me, I deserved everything I got. Truth is, he was representing Direct TV over a dispute of a final bill, because they did not shut off the service until a month after I requested it, and they want me to pay for that month. He hung up on me, then proceeded to call and hang up, then I was told to call him back when I want to negotiate. That isn't happening.
