Beware folks, Donna Richards is in a new business with American Shingle. We got a cold call from her associate and set up and appointment to have our roof inspected. She came to my house and told me I had roof damage with just one look from the ground. She did call my insurance company and put in a claim right there on the spot. Her Associates did come and meet with my adjuster and tell me I should turn over my insurance or personal check to them and they would give me a new roof.
