I had installed dish tv on 19/7/2010, application form no:8369647 and got VC no:01509501364. then I decided to get an add on and with application no:8326280 was asked to pay 200 installation and 160 one month advance payment for the month of january and was given the VC no:01509504372 on 5/1/2011.In my application form 8326280 the said amount is mentioned(360).
