On 30/03/2011, I tried the battery which Toyota confirmed dead is working in good condition and I was really surprised as well as cheated. I drove all the way to Johor and came back to Klang with the dead battery. On 31/03/2011 at 11.00am, i went back to Sungai Rasa Toyota Service Centre to claim my money back. The Service advisor whom handles my issue on the 8/02/2011, refused to see me and kept on saying NCCC will handle this issue.
