We bought a mattress from Harvey Norman Mackay. Four months after purchase matress began to faulter with great big dips in it and ridges. We contacted store and they arranged because it was under warranty to get it fixed by manufacturing company. It had to be carted 1000km away we were without bed for 8 weeks. We got it back then surely enough same problem.
