We tried to use this for the first time this year. we filled out the request form and paid the week in question. after a month they informed us that nothing was available. we asked why then do they charge the money and demand a request if they don't even know if they can deliver. the only response that they could come up with is that they are still working on it. i also called the salesman that we purchased this package from and his reply was that he would call us back in an hour. that was two days ago!!! unfortunately we purchased thi... read full review »
