When I pruchase my washer and dryer at the brick in brampton they added a payement protection plan to my purchase without telling me. then when i said I didnt ask for a payement protection plan, the sales guy said, "oh just call in to cancel" like i need more task. but when i called they said I have to go into the store to cancel. ok, so I went it cancelled it, told the manager how bad their service was, left hoping thatst the end of it, but no, i got charged on my statement still. so i called the Brampton store where all... read full review »
