Terrible Terrible! It really amazes me how the Y runs things. All they care about is saving money, but when you have 85 children per program and several schools you are responsible for you really need more than 2 subs on call. As an former employee i'm extremely disappointed and do not recommend the Y for anything or anyone. Most of the staff are freshly out of high school and have no experience or proper training.
